Re-home references for the standalone hib/hib-pr-reviewer

First PR on the new standalone home (spun out of the aim2be mono submodule). Re-points the repo's own identity/location references — narrative reframes (now standalone at ~/code/claude/other/hib-pr-reviewer, Forgejo hib/hib-pr-reviewer), affinity-intelligence-rework → hib in doc examples, the docs/deployment.md OWNER default, and deploy/systemd/hib-pr-reviewer.service WorkingDirectory. Deployment artifact names (containers/volumes/ports) and genuine aim2be-service examples are intentionally untouched. Worktree-agent branches pruned. typecheck clean.

Also doubles as the end-to-end check that this new home is wired into the reviewer.

chore: re-home references for standalone hib/hib-pr-reviewer (spun out of aim2be mono) ... cc4545a231

Phase 5 of the repo migration: hib-pr-reviewer was copied out of the aim2be
meta-repo (where it was a git submodule) into a standalone repo at
~/code/claude/other/hib-pr-reviewer with Forgejo home hib/hib-pr-reviewer.
This rewrites the repo's own references to its old identity/location.

Narrative reframes (originally-developed-within-aim2be → now standalone):
- CLAUDE.md "What this repo is": now lives standalone at
  ~/code/claude/other/hib-pr-reviewer, Forgejo home hib/hib-pr-reviewer;
  originally developed within the aim2be meta-repo. Rule-53 read-only note kept.
- README.md: same reframe + "See also" rules 53/58/68 now described as
  behavioural conventions carried over and embedded in this repo's own
  CLAUDE.md + ./.claude/rules/ (the <im2be-mono>/.claude/rules/ paths were
  reworded since rules 53/58/68 are not present as standalone local files).
- .claude/CLAUDE.md: rules 69 and 62 reframed as conventions now part of this
  repo's own operating contract rather than "the meta-repo rule".

affinity-intelligence-rework → hib (repo's own identity in examples/docs):
- docs/deployment.md: documented OWNER default → hib.
- docs/review-stream.md (repoOwner + 2 ?repos= example URLs) → hib.
- docs/health-schema.md: example repo (was old name im2be-pr-reviewer) →
  hib/hib-pr-reviewer.
- docs/bot-identity.md: org-owner example note → hib; redeploy cd path → new
  standalone checkout.
- .claude/rules/73-review-stream-monitoring.md: default-repo + 2 ?repos= URLs
  → hib/hib-pr-reviewer.
- Left intact: genuine aim2be-service examples (im2be-pwa, im2be-diary-service
  rows in docs/status-page.md, im2be-pwa in rule 73's "another allow-listed
  repo" example) — these describe repos the worker reviews, not this repo's
  identity.

systemd unit (deploy/systemd/hib-pr-reviewer.service):
- WorkingDirectory %h/code/greg-geris/im2be/mono/hib-pr-reviewer →
  %h/code/claude/other/hib-pr-reviewer; comment updated to note standalone.
- CODE_INTELLIGENCE_ROOT kept pointing at the aim2be meta-repo
  code-intelligence/ tree (the worker still reviews aim2be); added a comment
  explaining why the path stays despite the working-dir move.

Also: pruned worktrees and deleted 4 stale worktree-agent-* branches (cruft
from earlier isolated subagents); only main remains.

Verification: npm run typecheck clean.
